I do think that since the plot of C in C is so wacky cannibalistic candy-people and a man with a silicon brain it's tempting to see the narrative as symbolic vehicle of deeper statements about human society: mating, reproduction, gender roles, etc. The story is about war, but there are no action sequences, and, in fact, there is very little mention about this war. The chapters in this book cover AutoCAD 2014 and proceed in a pedagogical fashion to guide you from constructing 3D wire frame models, 3D surface models, and 3D solid models to making multiview drawings and rendering images. While this is a fairly long read, its easily digestible chapters allow you to put it down and come back to it again without feeling you've lost anything in the interim.
